• While we strive to deliver on time, Éterna Fleuriste is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

 

3. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the delicate and perishable nature of preserved flowers, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

• If your order is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

 

4. Product Variations

• Our preserved flowers are natural products, and variations in size, shape, and color may occur.

• Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only, and slight differences may exist between photos and actual products.
