Processing Times

All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of being placed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Local Melbourne Delivery

We offer same-day delivery within 10 km of Canterbury, VIC for orders placed before 12:00 PM.
Same-day delivery is only available on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the following eligible delivery day.

Interstate & International Shipping

Orders shipped interstate (within Australia) and internationally are dispatched 1–2 business days after the order is placed.
Delivery timeframes will vary depending on the courier and the destination country.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Local Melbourne deliveries may be subject to a flat fee, while interstate and international rates vary by courier and region.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, please note:

Unforeseen delays such as extreme weather, courier disruptions, customs checks, or peak seasonal demand may affect delivery times.
Éterna Fleuriste cannot be held responsible for delays that are outside of our control.
